The independent upper and lower heating control is a game-changer for baking. Finally, no more burnt tops on my cheesecakes! The 25L capacity is surprisingly spacious for its countertop size. Delivery was also very quick, arrived the next day.

The auto-clean function is not as effective as I thought, still requires a bit of manual scrubbing. But the steam and air-fry functions work perfectly. So it's a mixed bag for me.
