Retail Sales Consultant

  • Provide professional advice to walk-in customers
  • Recommend kitchen appliance products and deliver quality customer service to achieve company targets
  • Handle daily store operations and maintain a clean, tidy showroom environment
  • Use messaging applications to stay in touch with customers and follow up on after-sales service
  • Follow the store manager’s instructions and coordinate with colleagues across departments
  • Work location: Yau Ma Tei / Causeway Bay / Tuen Mun / Mong Kok
  • Form 5 or above
  • 2 years or above of sales experience; candidates with relevant product sales experience may be considered for a senior consultant role
  • Proficient in daily communication and messaging apps
  • Interested in becoming one of Hong Kong’s few professional European built-in kitchen appliance consultants
  • Fluent Cantonese and general English
  • Excellent service attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Determined and willing to take on challenges
  • Average monthly income up to $35,000
  • Guaranteed salary during probation: $20,000
  • 6-day work week, bank holidays
  • Maternity leave and paid annual leave
  • Year-end performance bonus
  • Working hours: 10:30am - 7:30pm

Customer Service Officer

  • Handle telephone and online enquiries with friendly customer service
  • Use communication software to follow up on customer order enquiries
  • Contact customers regarding delivery arrangements and handle customer complaints
  • Data entry and filing
  • Work location: Tuen Mun / Tsim Sha Tsui
  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Salary: $15,000 - $17,000
  • 6-day work week, Sunday off
  • Friendly working environment with individual workstation
  • Bank holidays, maternity leave and paid annual leave
  • Working hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Store Order Clerk

  • Handle general clerical duties
  • Prepare invoices and place orders with suppliers
  • Follow up customer orders, logistics and delivery arrangements
  • Work location: Yau Ma Tei / Causeway Bay / Tuen Mun / Mong Kok
  • Secondary education or above
  • 1 year of work experience
  • Good Cantonese, general Mandarin and English
  • Data entry skills, including Chinese and English typing
  • Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
  • Salary: $15,000 - $17,000
  • 6-day work week
  • Friendly working environment with individual workstation
  • Bank holidays, maternity leave and paid annual leave
  • Working hours: 10:30am - 7:30pm
