A. Our Showrooms

1. Why BBE can assure the product quality?

BBE guarantees brand-new genuine goods trading. All products can enjoy  warranty from Hong Kong Agent and 7 days damage product exchange guarantee*.


2. Why we sell cheaper?

BBE sells products both online and offline. You can choose to buy it online or in the showrooms. We also have a regular inspection for the market price to ensure that it is the most favorable.


3. Business hour of showrooms?

Monday - Sunday 10:30 - 19:30


4. Are showrooms still open during public holidays?

Yes, except for the first three days of the Lunar New Year, our showrooms will be open as usual in other holidays. In the Mid-Autumn Festival and the winter solstice, showrooms may close the door earlier then usual, BBE will issue a notice on the website and Facebook.



B. Orders

1. How to place an order online?

Simply add any item you'd like to buy to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery information during checkout, and submit the order. Customers may choose to pay by credit card (Visa/Master/AE) , FPS or bank transfer。


2. What payment method will be accepted on our online store?

You can pay by credit card via STRIPE, which is safe and reliable. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please keep the receipt and then send it to [email protected].


3. What payment method will be accepted in our showrooms?

Cash, FPS ,  EPS , Octopus , Alipay(HK) , WECHATPAY(HK) and credit cards are accepted payment method in our showrooms?. In addition, you can choose to pay by bank transfer (bank in two days before delivery) or the cheque (delivered it to our showrooms a week before delivery or bank in before delivery).


4. What should I do after I placed an order?

You will receive an email sent by the system after you placed the order online, and our staff will contact you to confirm the order as soon as possible. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please keep the receipt and then send it to [email protected].


C. Delivery

1. Delivery time

Our staff will book the date & time with you for delivery/installation after you placed an order, and BBE’s delivery team will double confirm the time with you on the night before delivery or installation.


2. Do you offer delivery and installation services?

We provide basic delivery (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands & Lautau Island) and installation for some of our products. For other products or special installation items, please refer to our "installation pricelist".


3. Delivery arrangements during bad weather

BBE will suspend all delivery and installation service when No. 8/ No. 9/ No. 10 Tropical Cyclone. Warning Signals or Black Rainstorm Signal have been issued. We will contact you in our earliest convenience to rearrange the delivery schedule.


4. What should you do when the products you received are found damaged?

If any appearance problems are found, please refuse to sign for it and our staff will take the products back.


*If some products are found to have factory defects after inspection, customers can replace products of the same model within seven days (except for certain designated brands and accessories). Customers must bring the products to the store to arrange inspection and replacement. BBE as a retailer, all guarantee content and process depend on the brand or agent.
