How do I become a member and earn points?
When you make a purchase, we will automatically earn points for you using the phone number you provide, no extra registration is required!
How do I check my points balance?
Scan the QR code on your invoice to log in to our website and check your points balance.
Can I transfer my points?
Points are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 1 year. If you make another purchase within 1 year, all your points will be extended for another year from that purchase date.
What happens to redeemed points if I cancel an order?
Points will be returned within 14 days after order cancellation.
What happens if I modify an order and the redeemed points exceed the new total?
Excess points will be returned within 14 days after order modification.
How do I review a product?
On the points page, you can view the details of each order and then rate every product.
