Basic Installation Includes:
- Removal of the old lock
- Installation of the new Lockly smart lock
- Functional testing and confirmation
Note: Standard installation does not cover additional work such as wiring, drilling new holes, or modifying the door frame. Please ensure all arrangements with property management are made prior to the appointment.
Surcharges:
- Stair Surcharge: A surcharge of +$100 per floor will be collected on-site for addresses without elevator access.
- Remote Area Surcharge: A $500 surcharge applies to areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and outlying islands.
Scheduling Installation:
Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance. A fee of HK$700 will be charged for last-minute cancellations (less than 7 working days' notice) or if the technician cannot perform the installation due to access issues on-site.
