Warranty Information
This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 2-year warranty on net parts. Please note that maintenance services do not cover products purchased from non-approved distributors or installations performed by non-approved technicians.
Lockly Smart Door Lock Installation Service
Professional installation service is available for this product.
- Basic Installation Includes: Removal of the old lock, installation of the new LOCKLY lock, and full testing to ensure proper function. This does not include other civil works like creating new sockets or pulling wires.
- Floor Surcharge: For addresses without elevator access, a surcharge of +$100 per floor will be collected on-site by the installer.
- Service Area & Surcharges:
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories: No remote area surcharge.
- Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, Outlying Islands: A remote surcharge of $500 applies.
- Appointment & Scheduling:
- Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- After purchase, you will need to fill in an appointment form. For inquiries, please contact the customer service officer (23130666 / WhatsApp: 67726366).
- Customers are responsible for arranging access with property management. A fee of HK$700 will be charged if the technician cannot perform the installation upon arrival.
- To reschedule, please provide at least 7 working days' notice. An administrative fee of HK$700 applies for changes made with less than 7 days' notice.
