*Warranty: This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 3-year net parts warranty. Please note that purchases from non-approved distributors or installations performed by technicians not approved by Lockly are not covered by maintenance services.
Lockly Smart Door Lock Installation Service Introduction
1. Basic Installation Service Includes:
- Replacement of old lock
- Installation of new lock
- Testing and confirmation
Standard installation does not cover other engineering items such as socket construction, pull wires, or glue grooves. No additional engineering fees will be charged by the master on site.
2. Floor Surcharge:
A floor surcharge will be collected on site for addresses without elevators (requiring stairs), not included in the installation service price. The charge is HK$100 per floor, payable in cash to the installer.
3. Installation Area:
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories are considered fixed remote surcharge-free areas.
- For Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau Island, and Outlying Islands (e.g., Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau), an outlying surcharge of HK$500 applies.
4. Precautions for Appointment Installation:
- a) Please schedule your installation service at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- b) Installation will be carried out directly by professional technicians appointed by Lockly. Installers will only collect floor surcharges, fees for extra accessories, or on-site service fees. For any queries regarding charged fees, please contact customer service at 23130666 or WhatsApp: 67726366.
- c) After purchase, kindly complete the appointment installation form to provide the master with information about your door's condition, helping determine if additional accessories are required for installation.
- d) Customers are responsible for contacting their property management office regarding the installation project. If the master is unable to proceed with installation upon arrival due to management issues, the order may be canceled or rescheduled, and a door-to-door service fee of HK$700 will be charged.
- e) For rescheduling requests, please submit them at least 7 working days in advance. Requests made less than 7 working days prior will incur an administrative fee of HK$700.
