- 3D Biometric Fingerprint Sensor: Unlike standard optical sensors, the advanced 3D FPC sensor reads only living fingerprints, preventing access from copied or fake prints. It grants access in under 0.5 seconds and can store up to 99 unique fingerprints.
- Offline Access Code™ (OAC): Grant temporary access to guests, cleaners, or delivery personnel without needing an internet connection. Generate time-sensitive or single-use codes from your phone and share them via message or email.

Warranty
This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 2-year net parts warranty. Please note that maintenance services do not cover purchases from non-approved distributors or installations performed by non-approved technicians.
Installation Service Details
For professional installation, please be aware of the following:
- Booking: Please schedule your installation service at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- Basic Installation: The service includes the removal of the old lock and the installation and testing of your new LOCKLY lock. It does not include other work like wiring or drilling.
- Surcharges:
- Floor Surcharge: For addresses without an elevator, a surcharge of HK$100 per floor will be collected in cash by the installer on-site.
- Remote Area Surcharge: A HK$500 surcharge applies to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, and other outlying islands.
- Important Note: Customers are responsible for confirming installation with their building's property management. If an installation cannot proceed upon the technician's arrival, a door-to-door service fee of HK$700 will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling. A HK$700 administrative fee also applies for rescheduling with less than 7 working days' notice.
