Installation Service Information
To ensure proper functionality and warranty coverage, professional installation is recommended.
- Basic Installation Service: Includes removal of the old lock, installation of the new Lockly lock, and testing to confirm functionality. This does not include other civil works like creating new wiring or sockets.
- Floor Surcharge: For locations without elevator access, a surcharge of +$100 per floor will be collected in cash by the installer on-site.
- Service Area Surcharges:
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories: Standard installation fee applies.
- Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, Outlying Islands: A remote area surcharge of $500 applies.
- Appointment & Rescheduling:
- Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 working days' notice to avoid a HK$700 administrative fee.
- Customers are responsible for coordinating with their building's property management. A HK$700 service fee will be charged if installation cannot proceed upon the technician's arrival.
