- Complete Mobile App Control: Use the LOCKLY app to lock/unlock, view the access log, manage user permissions, and monitor entry/exit records in real-time.
- Smart Home Ready: With the addition of the optional Lockly Secure LINK Wi-Fi Hub (sold separately), you can control your lock from anywhere in the world and integrate it with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
- RFID Card Access: Includes RFID cards for quick and easy tap-to-unlock access. You can easily manage and revoke card permissions through the app.

Warranty & Installation Information
Warranty: This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 2-year warranty for net parts. Please note that warranty services do not cover purchases from non-approved distributors or installations by non-approved technicians.
Lockly Smart Door Lock Installation Service:
- Basic Installation Service Includes: Removal of the old lock, installation of the new Lockly lock, and functional testing. Standard installation does not cover additional work like socket construction or wiring.
- Floor Surcharge: For addresses without elevator access, a surcharge of HK$100 per floor will be collected in cash by the installer on-site.
- Service Area: Service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. A remote area surcharge of HK$500 applies to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, and other outlying islands.
Appointment Precautions:
- Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 working days in advance to avoid an administrative fee of HK$700.
- Customers are responsible for arranging access with their building's property management. A service fee of HK$700 will be charged if the technician cannot perform the installation upon arrival due to access issues.
