Warranty & Installation Service Information
Warranty
This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 2-year warranty on parts only. Please note that purchases from non-approved distributors or installations performed by non-approved technicians are not covered by the maintenance service.
Lockly Installation Service
For installation inquiries, please contact Lockly customer service at 2313 0666 or via WhatsApp at 6772 6366.
- Basic Installation Includes: Removal of the old lock, installation of the new Lockly smart lock, and operational testing. Standard installation does not cover additional work such as socket construction or wiring.
- Floor Surcharge: For addresses without an elevator, a surcharge of +$100 per floor will be collected in cash by the installer on-site.
- Service Area Surcharges:
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories: Standard service area.
- Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, Outlying Islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, etc.): An additional surcharge of $500 applies.
- Appointment Precautions:
- Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance.
- After purchase, fill in the appointment form to provide details about your door.
- Customers are responsible for coordinating with their property management regarding the installation. If the technician is unable to perform the installation upon arrival, a door-to-door service fee of HK$700 will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 working days' notice. An administrative fee of HK$700 will be charged for changes made with less than 7 days' notice.
