新屋裝修，研究咗好耐決定買呢部。要三相電，買之前有問過BBE客服確認，答得好詳細。裝完之後，出熱水真係超快，水溫好穩定，唔會忽冷忽熱，同舊式儲水爐差好遠。機身又薄，好慳位。

Replaced my old storage water heater which was giving inconsistent heat. This German Pool model is much better. The water pressure is stable and the 25L is enough for two people. Heats up in a reasonable time. A solid, no-frills choice.

The water heater itself works as advertised, water is hot instantly. However, the installation arranged via the agent had extra charges for the MCB replacement which wasn't super clear beforehand. Just be aware of potential extra costs.

The magnetic holder is a surprisingly good feature. I just stick it to the side of the washing machine next to the shower. The remote feels well-made, typical German Pool quality. A must-have accessory for the heater.
