Important Notes & Warranty Information
For optimal operation, under normal working conditions, the incoming water pressure for the German Pool CEX13 should not exceed 0.6 MPa. Should the incoming water pressure exceed this specified limit, it is necessary to install a separate pressure control device. Please be advised that German Pool will not provide any repair service for issues arising from excessive water pressure until a suitable pressure control device is in place.
For all purchases made after 1 November 2015, customers are entitled to a comprehensive 3-year warranty covering all parts. This warranty includes free on-site service and parts replacement during the first year from the date of purchase.
