Warranty & Installation Information
Warranty: This product comes with a 2-year full product warranty and an additional 2-year warranty on net parts. Please note that maintenance services do not cover products purchased from non-approved distributors or installed by unapproved technicians.
Installation Service Details
Professional installation service is available to ensure your lock is set up correctly.
- Basic Installation Includes: Removal of the old lock, installation of the new LOCKLY smart lock, and operational testing. This does not include additional works like wiring or socket construction.
- Floor Surcharge: A surcharge of +$100 per floor will be collected on-site by the installer for addresses without elevator access.
- Service Area Surcharge: An outlying surcharge of $500 applies to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, South Lantau, and other outlying islands.
- Appointment: Please book your installation at least 10-12 working days in advance. A fee of HK$700 will be charged for last-minute rescheduling (less than 7 working days' notice) or if installation cannot proceed due to customer-related issues upon arrival.
