The heater itself works fine, water temp is stable. But the buttons on the control panel are a bit small and feel cheap. The LED display could also be brighter. It's functional, but the user interface design could be improved.

The segmented flame tech is the main reason I bought this. It really prevents the water from getting too hot in summer, which was a problem with my old heater. Stable temperature output. A solid upgrade.
