The Hygiene Fresh+ system works well, I noticed a huge difference in odor control, especially when storing strong-smelling items like durian or kimchi. However, the delivery guys left a minor scratch on the side panel during move-in. Contacted customer service and they responded fast, but still disappointed with the handling. Product performance is 5/5, but delivery experience is 2/5.

BBE delivery team is very professional, they handled the large fridge very carefully. The seamless design is exactly what I wanted for my new kitchen. InstaView is a bit gimmicky but looks super modern, definitely adds a premium vibe! 1級能源效益 so hopefully the electricity bill won't be too bad.

BBE個CS chat好快覆，問咗好多關於安裝嘅問題。部雪櫃個 LG ThinQ 勁 user-friendly，可以喺公司 check 吓屋企個 fridge status，個 notification system 都做得好好。Smart features are definitely a plus point.
