Service Scope & Inclusions
Our standard installation service for 1HP split-type air conditioning units is designed to provide a smooth and secure setup, ensuring your new appliance operates at peak efficiency from day one.
- Refrigerant Copper Piping: Up to 3 meters of high-quality insulated copper piping for optimal refrigerant flow.
- PVC Drainage Piping: Up to 3 meters of PVC pipe for efficient condensate drainage.
- Interconnecting Wire: Standard electrical wiring to connect the indoor and outdoor units.
- Indoor Unit Installation: Secure mounting and leveling of the indoor unit on a suitable wall.
- Outdoor Unit Installation: Placement of the outdoor unit on an existing designated platform or using a standard wall bracket (bracket not included, must be provided by customer or site).
- Electrical Connection: Connection to an existing nearby power point (power point installation not included).
- Vacuuming & Gas Checking: Thorough vacuuming of the refrigerant line to remove moisture and air, followed by gas pressure checking for optimal system performance.
- System Testing: Comprehensive testing of the air conditioning unit's functions, including cooling, fan speeds, and drainage, to ensure proper operation.
Important Notes & Exclusions
To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, please review the following points regarding our standard installation service:
- Additional Piping: Charges apply for copper refrigerant pipes and PVC drainage pipes exceeding the standard 3-meter allowance.
- Bracket & Scaffold: Standard installation does not include the supply of outdoor unit brackets or the use of scaffolding. These must be arranged by the customer if required.
- Electrical Works: Installation of new power points, dedicated electrical circuits, or modifications to existing electrical wiring are not included.
- Drilling & Core Cutting: Excessive wall drilling, core cutting through thick concrete, or complex structural modifications are excluded and may incur additional charges or require separate arrangements.
- Dismantling & Disposal: Removal and disposal of old air conditioning units are not included in the standard package. Please inquire for separate services.
- Special Locations: Installation in complex environments, high-rise buildings requiring specialized access, or locations with challenging accessibility may require a site survey and incur additional charges.
- Renovation Sites: Customers are advised to ensure the installation site is clear and ready for work, especially in active renovation environments.
