On Ying Court is expected to be occupied in phases on or before 31 July 2025, with the first batch of units to be handed over first. According to Housing Authority information, unit prices range from $1.71 million to $3.94 million, with an average price per sq. ft. of about $7,370, making it a competitive HOS option.
