Sierra Tower will receive its Occupation Permit in July 2025, with formal move-in arrangements for residents starting in Q4 (around Oct-Nov) of the same year. This project is HKHS's first dedicated resettlement estate built using the "Integrated Development Mode," primarily used to rehouse eligible households affected by government development projects. Monthly rents range from HK$3,992 to HK$8,551 (depending on unit size and floor level), excluding rates. Residents need to pay Provisional Rates separately, approximately HK$371 to HK$794 per month.
