Warranty Information
This product comes with a 3-Year Warranty*.
*The first year includes on-site inspection fees. From the second year onwards, on-site inspections are chargeable. If the machine is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with a new one. Damage caused by human error, improper use, or incorrect installation is not covered under the warranty.
Installation Service & Requirements
Professional installation service is available. Before purchasing, customers are advised to provide photos of the kitchen sink area, including the overflow, the drain beneath the sink, the interior of the sink cabinet, and the power supply location.
Basic Installation (HKD1,200)
- Drilling one 35mm hole in the countertop for the air switch.
- Connecting the disposer to the sink drain.
- Adjusting the U-shaped trap and connecting to the existing drain pipe.
- Testing the system to ensure proper function.
Installation Requirements
- A dedicated 13A electrical socket must be available under the sink.
- A clear space of approximately 50cm x 50cm is required under the sink.
- The sink hole should have an inner diameter of 90mm and an outer diameter of 115mm.
- A U-trap must be present in the existing plumbing.
Important Notes
- The company is not responsible for any damage to the countertop during drilling.
- Basic installation does not include modifications to plumbing, plastering, or electrical wiring.
- Installation services are available in the Hong Kong area. A surcharge of HKD350 applies for remote locations (e.g., Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island).
- An on-site measurement visit is available for a fee of HK$250 (payable in cash), which will be charged even if installation is deemed not possible.
Usage & Care Instructions
What to Grind
- Small amounts of hard materials like small bones, fruit pits, and ice to help clean the grinding chamber.
- Citrus fruit peels to help deodorize the drain.
What to Avoid
- Do NOT pour grease, oil, or fat into the disposer.
- Do NOT use hot water while grinding.
- Do NOT grind large amounts of fibrous materials like corn husks, artichokes, or bamboo shoots, as they can tangle in the chamber.
- Do NOT grind hard materials like shells (oyster, clam), raw meat with bones/skin, glass, wood, or metal.
- Do NOT overload the disposer; feed waste in gradually with a steady flow of cold water.
- NEVER put hands or fingers into the disposer.
