Basic Installation Services & Requirements Same-Day Delivery & Installation: Delivery and installation will be completed on the same day. Free Basic Installation & Wiring: This service includes opening a hole in most stone countertops and provides the necessary basic pipe connection accessories. Countertop Hole Drilling: Requires a 3.5cm diameter hole. Power Supply: A dedicated power socket must be available near the main unit. (If a dedicated socket is not available, the agent provides wiring services). Plumbing Connections: The main unit must be connected to both a water inlet and a water outlet (drainage). Space Requirement: The installation location for the main unit must have a reserved clearance depth of at least 40cm.

Additional Charges Additional fees will apply if the installation process involves extra parts/engineering work, any dismantling work, or if the installation address is located in a remote area as defined by the agent (including but not limited to): 1.Concrete Countertops or stone materials that require the agent's technician to use specialized/extra tools for drilling. 2.Dismantling of an old water dispenser/purifier, or if the installation process requires moving refrigerators or other large household appliances. 3.Remote Areas, such as outlying islands, Discovery Bay, restricted zones, etc. Except under exceptional circumstances, all additional fees will be confirmed before the agent's technician arrives for installation. Installation Process & Arrangements Customers are required to provide the following information and photographs for the agent's technician to review and confirm: 1.A photo of the kitchen sink. 2.A photo showing the water inlet and outlet (drainage) pipe positions underneath the sink. 3.The type of material used for the countertop stone. 4.Product model, installation address, contact phone number, and the contact person's name. Once the agent's technician confirms that the installation conditions are suitable, the installation date is expected to be finalized and scheduled within 5 to 7 days. The final installation date is subject to the agent's ultimate notification.
