第一次用蒸汽拖把，原本怕太重，但呢部2.7kg真係好輕巧。我哋老人家用都唔會覺得吃力。唯一係條電線有少少阻住，不過佢個伸縮杆夠長，好過要彎腰。買之前問過CS關於操作問題，佢哋好有耐性解答，服務OK。

Delivery took 3 days which is standard. I was very worried about using a steam mop on my wood floor, but the 'mop and dry immediately' feature works exactly as advertised. No warping or water marks at all. The lightweight design is also a huge plus. Good purchase.

Packaging was secure. The accessories are very useful, especially the crevice tool for window tracks and sofa gaps. Emptying the dustbin is also surprisingly easy and not messy.
