Delivery and Installation Same-Day Delivery & Installation: Delivery and installation services will be completed on the same day. Free Basic Installation & Wiring Service: This includes most stone countertop hole-drilling and the essential accessories required for basic pipe connection. Countertop & Space Requirements Countertop Hole Drilling: 2 cm Space Depth: A minimum depth of 43 cm must be reserved for the placement of the main unit. Electrical & Plumbing Requirements Power Supply: A dedicated power outlet must be available near the main unit. (If no dedicated outlet is available, the agent will provide wiring services). Plumbing: The main unit must be connected to both a water inlet and a water outlet.

Additional Charges Additional fees will apply if the installation involves extra parts/engineering work, any dismantling work, or if the installation address is located in a remote area as defined by the agent (including but not limited to): 1.Concrete Countertops or stone materials that require the agent's technician to use extra specialized tools for hole-drilling. 2.Dismantling of Old Water Dispensers or any requirement to move refrigerators or other large home appliances during the installation process. 3.Remote Areas such as outlying islands, Discovery Bay, restricted areas, etc. Note: Except for exceptional circumstances, all additional fees will be confirmed before the agent's technician arrives for installation. Installation Process & Arrangements Customers are required to provide the following information and photos for the agent's technician to review and confirm: 1.A photo of the kitchen sink. 2.A photo showing the water inlet and outlet pipe positions underneath the sink. 3.The material type of the countertop. 4.Product model, installation address, contact number, and contact person's name. Once the agent's technician confirms that the installation conditions are met, the installation date is expected to be confirmed and arranged within 5–7 days. The final installation date is subject to the agent's ultimate notification. Important Notes Professional Installation Recommended: Customers are strongly advised to schedule installations with the agent's qualified technicians. Warranty Void Risk: If the customer chooses to self-install or hire an unqualified technician, any machine damage, malfunction due to incorrect connection, or water leakage may void the original manufacturer's warranty. *Relevant offers are subject to the agent's terms and conditions.
