The Hygiene Fresh+ system works well, I noticed a huge difference in odor control, especially when storing strong-smelling items like durian or kimchi. However, the delivery guys left a minor scratch on the side panel during move-in. Contacted customer service and they responded fast, but still disappointed with the handling. Product performance is 5/5, but delivery experience is 2/5.
