Installation and Service Information (Hong Kong Specific)
This product includes basic installation services, applicable for new single doors and wooden doors (standard installation fee by original Philips technician is HK$850).
Please note the following additional charges:
- A HK$300 administrative fee will be charged for same-day appointment changes. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling appointments.
- Door Lock Accessory Fees (Applicable to doors with existing locksets):
- Striking plate extension: HK$200
- Double-leaf door accessory: HK$300
- Extended lock cylinder for door thickness over 60mm: HK$200
- Cover plate for lock center position exceeding 70mm: HK$500
- Stair Carry Fee: For buildings without an elevator, an additional HK$50 per floor will be charged, with the first two floors exempt.
- Door Panel Processing Fee: For wooden doors with metal decorative panels on the front and/or back, a processing fee starting from HK$300 will be charged.
- Please contact us for a quotation if custom accessories or installation on iron gates are required.
- Remote Area Transportation Fees:
- Tung Chung / Ma Wan: HK$200
- Discovery Bay / Mui Wo / Pui O / Tai O / Ngong Ping 360 / Sha Tau Kok (after checkpoint): HK$300
