Please note the following additional charges:

• A HK$300 administrative fee will be charged for same-day appointment changes. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling appointments.
• Door Lock Accessory Fees (Applicable to doors with existing locksets):
  • Striking plate extension: HK$200
  • Double-leaf door accessory: HK$300
  • Extended lock cylinder for door thickness over 60mm: HK$200
  • Cover plate for lock center position exceeding 70mm: HK$500
• Stair Carry Fee: For buildings without an elevator, an additional HK$50 per floor will be charged, with the first two floors exempt.
• Door Panel Processing Fee: For wooden doors with metal decorative panels on the front and/or back, a processing fee starting from HK$300 will be charged.
• Please contact us for a quotation if custom accessories or installation on iron gates are required.
