Important Information
Warranty: Upon purchases made after 1 November 2015, customers will enjoy a 3-year warranty on all parts plus free on-site and parts replacement services in the first year. Please refer to the Instruction Manual for full warranty details.
Water Pressure: Under normal working conditions, incoming water pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa. A separate pressure control device is necessary if your water pressure exceeds this limit. German Pool will not provide repair services for units damaged by excessive pressure until a suitable device is installed.
