Customer service responded quickly when I asked about the 30-month warranty registration. The keep-warm mode works like a charm for my evening soups. Lightweight and easy to wipe clean after oily stir-fries.

Arrived within two days. The touch controls are responsive and heating is fast with the Even Pro feature. The included stainless pot is a nice bonus, though slightly thin. Great value for the price.
