機身外型ok，最方便係有得睇實時溫度。德國EGO恆溫制真係幾好，唔會好似舊果部咁忽冷忽熱。買之前問咗CS好多關於安裝嘅問題，覆得好快，體驗好好。😊

屋企有小朋友，最驚熱水爐過熱。呢部有超溫斷路，安全好多。BBE送貨好準時，師傅裝得好專業，用咗一星期，水溫好stable，加熱時間大約20分鐘，好用！

Delivery was prompt and packaging was secure. Love the German EGO thermostat, water temperature is very stable. It heats up in about 20 minutes which is perfect for my small family. Great product!

The product works fine, but 23L is a bit tight for back-to-back showers in winter. BBE CS was helpful, but the third-party installation partner arrived 2 hours late. Product is okay la.
