I mainly bought this for the specialized programs. The ‘Sportswear’ setting is great for my gym gear, keeps the fabric feeling good. The honeycomb drum design really seems to protect delicates; I noticed less wear and tear compared to my old top-loader. Really satisfied with the wash quality and gentle care. ✨

Delivery confirmation was smooth. Despite having 16 wash programs, the dial is intuitive and easy to use; I usually stick to the ‘Mixed’ or ‘Jeans’ setting. The honeycomb drum design seems effective, my sweaters and delicate items definitely feel less damaged after washing. User-friendly interface.

Overall performance is decent. Washing is very quiet thanks to the inverter motor. But when it hits 1400 spin speed, the vibration is quite noticeable, not totally silent as advertised, especially on my bathroom floor. Contacted CS and they said it's normal for high RPM, so okay la. Delivery was on time.

I asked customer service about the high-temp settings before buying, they confirmed it can do 90°C. This is essential for sterilizing baby clothes and towels. The Child Safety Lock is also a must-have now that my toddler is crawling around. Very happy with the purchase. Excellent peace of mind.

The washing performance is decent (A-rated cleaning). However, I had to call BBE customer service twice to confirm the warranty details were passed to German Pool correctly. Service follow-up could be improved, but the product itself functions well for the price point.

Smooth delivery within the time slot. The 'Delay Start' function is really useful for us office workers. I can load the clothes in the morning and set it to finish right before I get home, so the laundry doesn't sit wet all day. Washing result is clean. Thumbs up! 👍

Quick delivery, ordered yesterday got it today. The machine is heavy (61kg) which helps with stability during high spin cycles. The BLDC inverter motor is definitely robust and quiet, even on 1400 RPM. Great engineering for this slim size.

Functions are standard. The machine is very heavy (61kg) for a small 7kg unit, making it hard to adjust or move. Only 1 year warranty for a German Pool product is disappointing. Hope it lasts longer than that. Not the best deal.

Purchase Notice:
The authorized dealer of front-load/top-load washing machines will provide free installation (connection to water inlet, drainage hose), removal of machine body shock absorbers, and connection to a 13A power plug. If direct wiring is required, also known as "concealed wiring," some dealers may charge an additional fee.
Delivery and installation are carried out by separate teams. In some cases, it is possible to arrange them on the same day, but it depends on the region and individual brands, and same-day arrangements may not always be feasible.
Installation services are provided by the main distributor, and the installation date and time are subject to confirmation by the technician. Installation services may be scheduled for alternative dates or experience delays depending on the circumstances.
Important considerations:
Pay attention to the dimensions of the washing machine to avoid incorrect sizing due to budget constraints that may prevent installation.
Some dimensions do not include the depth of water hoses and the thickness of the machine door.
If placing the washing machine under a kitchen cabinet, please consider the height clearance.
Additional charges may apply for lifting the washing machine over obstacles, narrow passageways, or if elevation is required to place it in the designated location. Please specify these requirements when placing the order.

All BBE installation works include a 10 million third-party liability insurance and labor insurance (provided by Zurich Insurance).
