A 90cm chimney hood with heat auto-clean
The Whirlpool WT9BTAS AirClean Power+ pairs a stainless steel finish with a slim 5cm black control panel. Three fan speeds offer a maximum extraction rate of 1,200m³/h, measured unrestricted.
Heat auto-clean and a concealed oil cup support routine care. Choose ducted extraction or recirculation to suit the kitchen’s ventilation arrangement.
Nine minutes of heating, then one minute at high speed
Activating heat auto-clean pauses extraction and runs the following cleaning cycle.
Avoid touching the fan drum or internal heated parts during cleaning. Let the hood cool before cleaning its filters and oil cup.
Heat for 9 minutes
The fan drum is heated to help loosen accumulated grease.
Run at high speed for 1 minute
After heating, the hood runs at high speed for one minute and switches off automatically. Grease collects in the concealed oil cup.
Three speeds and delayed switch-off
Touch buttons and an LED display provide Low, Medium and High speed settings. After cooking, activate the nine-minute delay timer while extraction is running.
Two 1W LED lamps illuminate the hob and can be switched independently.
Choose extraction or recirculation
Ducted extraction
Connect a Ø150mm duct to discharge air outdoors. Avoid unnecessary bends in the duct to limit their effect on extraction.
Recirculation
Add the separately sold CAB04 carbon filters to filter air before returning it indoors. An electric hob is recommended for recirculation.
Carbon filters cannot be washed. Replace them approximately every 3–6 months, depending on cooking habits.
Removable filters and a concealed oil cup
The three stainless steel baffle filters can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher. Remove the concealed oil cup for regular cleaning with detergent, dry it and refit it.
Switch off and disconnect power before cleaning, and let the hood cool. Use neutral detergent and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.

For wall mounting, measure the hood position, chimney space and exhaust route. The overall height below includes the 50mm front panel.

Buying and care questions
Are CAB04 carbon filters included?
CAB04 carbon filters are sold separately for recirculation with the Hong Kong model. Ducted extraction uses a Ø150mm duct to the outside.
Do I still need to clean the filters and oil cup?
Yes. Heat auto-clean treats grease in the fan drum; the filters and oil cup still need regular cleaning. Disconnect power and let the hood cool before cleaning.
