- 1 Year Full Warranty: Covers all aspects of the product for one year from the purchase date.
- 3 Years Warranty on Parts: A three-year warranty is provided on all parts (excluding glass panel and burner rack).
Additionally, customers will receive 1 year of free on-site service covering testing, labour, transportation, and installation (remote locations and scaffolding service may be subject to surcharges).
Please note that the warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse or accidents, including blockages/obstructions caused by poor cleaning of the stove, transport, and other similar incidents.
