Warranty and Precautions
This product comes with a 1-year full warranty and a 3-year warranty on parts and burners (excluding glass and trivets). The first year includes a waiver for on-site inspection, labor for parts replacement, transportation, and installation/disassembly fees (remote areas and scaffolding fees are quoted separately). Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or improper cleaning resulting in burner blockage.
