The Thermocoil heating system, combined with digital PID temperature control, delivers water at exactly the right temperature (+/- 1°C). This process begins with low-pressure pre-infusion to gently expand the grinds, followed by a high-pressure (9 bar) extraction for a balanced and flavourful cup.
Silky Micro-Foam for Latte Art
The powerful manual steam wand allows you to texture milk by hand, creating the silky, velvety micro-foam essential for lattes, cappuccinos, and creating beautiful latte art. A dedicated hot water outlet is also included for making Americanos or pre-heating your cups.
