The GERMAN POOL GPU10E incorporates a sophisticated 5-tier safety system to ensure maximum user protection:
- Automatic Thermostatic Control: Automatically cuts off power when the desired temperature is reached and resumes heating when water temperature drops, allowing for precise temperature adjustment.
- Thermal Circuit Breaker: Provides an additional layer of safety by automatically cutting power if the water temperature exceeds 82°C.
- Temperature Relief Valve: Activates and opens automatically when water temperature reaches 90°C, preventing dangerous steam pressure buildup within the inner tank.
- Pressure Relief Valve: In abnormal circumstances of excessive pressure (over 1,000kPa / 10 bar) in the inner tank, this valve opens automatically to discharge water, safeguarding the system.
- Anti-back Syphon Device: Prevents hot water from being syphoned back into the supply pipe during water shortages, effectively protecting the inner tank from damage and dry-heating.
