Warranty Information
The GERMAN POOL GPN-4E-V TDS comes with a 1-year general warranty and a 10-year warranty for the inner tank. Warranty service is applicable within the Hong Kong region.
*Please note: The inner tank warranty only applies to the replacement of inner tanks of rapid fast flow water heaters. Additional service charges on testing, transportation, and labour may apply. Specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the Instruction Manual for complete Warranty Information.
