The DIYComplete filter installation was fairly straightforward. BBE customer service helped verify fitting dimensions beforehand. Instant hot water without repeated boiling tastes much fresher, and the dark grey matches our modern kitchen vibe.

Delivery took just two days. The heating element is great, though water volume seems to have a slight variance as stated in manual. Still very satisfied with the built-in UV sterilization feature.
