- Basic electrical connection to an existing, suitable power outlet (standard 13A socket) located within 1 meter of the unit.
- Sealing of gaps around the installed unit with standard sealant materials to enhance energy efficiency and prevent drafts.
- Initial testing of the air conditioner's basic functions (cooling, fan operation) to ensure proper performance.
Important Notes & Exclusions
Please be aware that the following items are NOT included in the standard installation service and may incur additional charges or require separate arrangements:
- Installation or modification of new power points, dedicated electrical circuits, or significant rewiring.
- Cutting, drilling, or modification of concrete walls, window frames, glass, or other structural elements to create new openings or enlarge existing ones.
- Provision or installation of specialized outdoor brackets, trays, or support structures for the air conditioner.
- Use of scaffolding, rope access, or other specialized equipment for installations in difficult-to-reach locations or at height.
- Removal or disposal of old air conditioning units.
- Any plumbing work beyond the basic connection of the drainage pipe.
- Permit applications, structural assessments, or other specialized reports required by building management or authorities.
- Additional labor charges for complex site conditions, non-standard material requirements, or extended working hours.
