What's Included in Standard Installation (Compatible with 2HP Units)

- Connection of up to 3 meters (approximately 10 feet) of high-quality copper refrigerant piping.
- Connection of up to 3 meters (approximately 10 feet) of drainage piping.
- Connection of up to 3 meters (approximately 10 feet) of control wiring.
- Basic wall drilling for pipe passage through standard building materials (e.g., brick, plaster, concrete of standard thickness).
- Secure mounting of the indoor unit on a suitable interior wall location.
- Secure mounting of the outdoor unit on an existing designated shelf, balcony, or a readily accessible wall space that does not require special access equipment.
- Thorough vacuuming and testing of the refrigerant system to detect and prevent leaks.
- Comprehensive commissioning and functional testing of the newly installed AC unit to ensure proper operation.
Important Notes & Exclusions
Customers are advised to review the following points carefully, as additional charges may apply for services falling outside the scope of this standard installation package:
- Additional Pipe/Wire Length: Charges will be incurred for copper pipes, drainage pipes, or control wires exceeding the included 3-meter length.
- Specialized Mounting Requirements: Costs for special brackets, custom-fabricated stands, or extensive structural modifications for outdoor unit placement (e.g., external wall mounting requiring scaffolding, rope access, or cranes) are not included.
- Electrical Circuit Modifications: Upgrading or installing new dedicated power circuits, circuit breakers, or extensive electrical wiring modifications beyond connecting to an existing suitable power point are not part of the standard installation. Customers should ensure adequate power supply is available.
- Permits & Waivers: Any required permits, management approvals, or building waivers from property management or government bodies are the responsibility of the customer.
- Disposal Service: Removal and disposal of old air conditioning units are not included in this service. Please arrange for disposal separately if required.
- Complex Drilling: Drilling through reinforced concrete of excessive thickness, marble, glass, or other non-standard or highly dense materials may incur extra charges.
- Site Preparation: Ensuring the installation site is clear, safe, and easily accessible for technicians is the customer's responsibility prior to the service appointment.
