Bought this along with the optional bathroom remote. Adjusting temperature directly from the shower is super convenient. Water flow is steady even on high floors. BBE packaging was secure and delivered without a scratch.

Ordered during kitchen renovation. The 14.5L capacity is perfect for simultaneous kitchen and bathroom use. Slim body fits neatly on the wall, and the copper panel looks truly premium. Delivery crew was punctual.

A bit disappointed that the WiFi box isn't included standard, but heating performance is top-notch. Water hits 42°C in seconds. BBE delivery team was polite and arrived right on schedule.
