Smooth operation and very easy to control the water temperature. The pre-purchase advice from BBE staff was excellent. They helped me confirm if it fits my sink. Great service.

Beautiful minimalist vibe. It’s taller than my previous tap, which is great for filling up tall vases. Delivery was next-day as promised. Very satisfied with the purchase.
