CS was very responsive regarding the flue direction before purchase. The LED touch screen is modern and easy to adjust between 35°C to 60°C. Water heats up quickly without temperature fluctuation during showers. Solid 3-year warranty gives good peace of mind.

Delivery took 4 days which was slightly longer than expected, but packaging was intact. The back-exhaust setup was seamless for my kitchen wall. Touch panel is responsive and silent operation so far. Decent buy overall.
