The TOSHIBA RC-10AMXH(W) is a 1.0L Enzyme Activation Rice Cooker, expertly crafted in Japan. Operating at 680W, it is designed for those who appreciate the finest quality rice. This model features Toshiba's exclusive "Enzyme Activation Technology" and a robust 3mm "Binchotan Ensho Thick Pot". Through precise temperature control, it effectively enhances the natural sweetness and aroma of rice, allowing you to effortlessly cook professional-grade rice at home.
Key Features & Highlights
- Enzyme Activation Technology: By pre-soaking the rice at a constant 40°C for 60 minutes before cooking, this technology activates enzymes in the rice. This process breaks down starch, increasing the rice's natural sweetness by approximately 12% for a more fragrant and delicious result.
- Binchotan Ensho Thick Pot: The 3mm thick, 6-layer inner pot is coated with Japanese Binchotan charcoal, which enhances thermal conductivity. This ensures heat penetrates each grain of rice evenly for perfectly cooked results. The pot is durable, non-stick, and easy to clean.
- 3D Heating System: Heat is distributed not only from the bottom but also from a detachable stainless steel inner lid. This creates an all-around heating effect, ensuring uniform cooking and reducing condensation for optimal rice texture.
- Versatile Cooking Options: Choose from 13 built-in cooking modes, with dedicated settings for "Jasmine Rice" and "Basmati Rice". You can also select from three texture preferences: "Delicious", "Soft", or "Harder" to suit your taste.
- Convenient & User-Friendly: Features a 24-hour keep-warm function and two 24-hour preset timers, so you can enjoy hot rice anytime. The detachable inner lid and steam vent make cleaning simple and hassle-free.

BBE送貨好快，兩日就到。新屋用，兩個人食飯0.7L size啱啱好，唔會浪費。IH煮出嚟啲飯真係香好多，個黑色design襯返晒我地個廚房，好滿意。

The rice quality is good, thanks to the IH. However, the touch panel can be a bit unresponsive at times. Also, the 0.7L capacity is smaller than I thought, barely enough for 3 people.

試咗個蛋糕mode，估唔到又真係整到！雖然唔係焗爐咁專業，但係屋企過下口癮都幾好玩😂。個備長炭內鍋感覺好pro。
