Important Information
Warranty: Parts maintenance service is available within two years from the date of purchase. Free on-site maintenance service is provided for the first year.
Installation: The product price includes a basic installation fee (Philips official installation fee value: HK$850).
Rescheduling Policy: If a customer reschedules the installation on the same day, an administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged. Rescheduling must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
Remote Area Transportation Fees: Additional transportation fees apply for installations in remote areas:

- Discovery Bay / Mui Wo / Pui O / Tai O / Ngong Ping 360 / Areas after entering the gate at Sha Tau Kok: HK$300
