Warranty Information
This product comes with a 5-Year Warranty. In the first year, the warranty includes an on-site inspection fee. From the second year onwards, a charge will apply for on-site inspections. If the machine is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with a new one. Damage caused by human error, improper use, or incorrect installation is not covered.
Installation Service Details
Basic Installation (HKD 1,200):
- Drilling one 35mm diameter hole on the table surface for the air switch.
- Connecting the disposer to the sink drain and adjusting the U-shaped pipe to the existing drain.
- Testing the unit to ensure proper function.
Important Notes:
- Customers must provide an independent 13A power supply near the sink.
- Basic installation does not include modifications to plumbing, plastering, or electrical wiring. Additional work and accessories will be quoted separately.
- An additional fee of HKD 350 applies for remote locations (e.g., Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island).
Installation Requirements:
- A dedicated 13A socket is required under the sink.
- Approximately 50cm x 50cm of clear space is needed under the sink.
- Sink drain hole inner/outer diameter should be 90mm/115mm respectively.
An on-site measurement and consultation visit is available for HK$250 to confirm installation feasibility (fee is payable even if installation is not possible).
Usage & Care Precautions
- DO grind: Small amounts of hard materials like small bones, fruit pits, and citrus peels to help clean the chamber.
- DO NOT grind: Large bones, shells (oyster, clam), high-fibre materials (corn husks, sugarcane), or non-food items like glass, wood, or metal.
- DO NOT pour grease, oil, or use hot water while grinding to prevent clogs and damage.
- Always run cold water before, during, and for a few seconds after grinding is complete.
- Avoid overloading the disposer; feed food waste in gradually.
