Warranty Information
Warranty Term: 1 Year (Full Warranty) plus an additional 3 Years (Warranty on Parts).
Products purchased on or after 1 May 2020 will receive a 3-year warranty on all parts (plastic components excluded), plus 1 year of free on-site service on testing, labour, transportation and installation (surcharge for remote areas and scaffolding-related costs are not included).
