Steam Cooking

Choose from 100% steam or combined steam cooking in order to obtain more tender and gentler cooking that preserves the flavours. It prevents food from drying up and preserves crispiness.

Pyrolysis Cleaning

This specific function uses the heat built up during a previous cooking cycle to automatically do an in-depth cleaning of the inside of the oven. Depending on the degree of greasiness and build up, the cleaning takes between 1.5H to 2H.

Brandt offers two new programs that combine two cooking methods automatically:

Select the "EXPERT STEAM" mode for a recipe in which you specify the cooking method,temperature, steam percentage, and cooking time.
