Replaced our old countertop filter with this under-sink unit. The 0.5 micron filtration gives great peace of mind, and the flow rate is decent for daily cooking and drinking. CS was responsive when I inquired about installation dimensions.

Mr. Tsang
Delivery took longer than expected. Product works fine, but flow rate drops slightly after 4 months.
