This is a premium smart appliance. I can pre-heat the oven on my way home using Home Connect, and the automatic door opening feature is pure luxury. Installation was professional and quick. Delivery was next day, super efficient BBE service. I bought this mainly for the Home Connect function. Being able to pre-heat the oven on the MTR ride home is a lifesaver. The self-cleaning/descaling program is essential for a steam oven, saves so much hassle. A bit pricey, but the convenience justifies the cost.

Smooth delivery process, arrived exactly on schedule. Love the design details, especially the two removable 1.7L water tanks—makes refilling and cleaning super easy, unlike my old oven. The double LED lighting inside gives a perfect view of the food, even when steaming. Highly recommended oven!

呢部蒸焗爐真係冇得輸。試咗整包點同埋蒸魚，個steam function好穩定，唔會滴水，出嚟效果好靚！個50L capacity都好夠用，一次過可以整幾層嘢食。雖然價錢貴，但對於 serious cooking 嚟講，絕對值回票價！BBE送貨都好快。

I contacted CS about the water hardness warning (we live in Kowloon Bay). They suggested the external descaling system, which is an extra cost and hassle to maintain. The oven itself is great for baking, but the water management part is a bit too much maintenance for a busy mom.
