The rice cooker is decent. However, I found the 1.0L capacity a bit smaller than expected for 3 people. The thick pot really makes a difference in rice texture though. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the warranty.

Received it very quickly! The 4mm thick pot makes the rice so much better than my old one. I love the brown rice mode for my kids, it's very healthy. The 24-hour timer is a lifesaver for busy mornings. Great service from BBE.

Excellent build quality, as expected from a Made in Japan product. The IH technology cooks rice evenly. A bit pricey for its 0.45L capacity, but the performance justifies the cost. A solid choice for a small household.
