The BBE salesperson was helpful when I called to ask about the stacking kit (optional accessory). Product arrived fine. However, setting up the Wi-Fi connection through the hOn App was a bit tricky and the instructions weren't super clear. Machine works well, but the smart features took effort to activate. 3 stars for the hassle.

Checked the specs carefully before buying. A++ energy rating is legit. The low-temp drying from the heat pump tech is miles better than traditional condenser dryers, really protects synthetics. Only drawback is the cycle time is slightly longer, but worth it for the energy saving.

Drying performance is good, but it takes longer than my old vented dryer. The hOn app sometimes struggles to connect, which is a bit annoying. For the price, it's a decent heat pump model, but not perfect.
